Chen Yang walked into the backyard, with Annie following closely behind.
Chen Yang set down the bowl and chopsticks, turned around and saw Annie tilting her head, watching him.
She looked like she was studying him.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" Chen Yang couldn't help but laugh and asked.
Annie straightened her head and giggled, "I'm just checking if you're unhappy. If you are, I'll make another call and postpone the meeting, alright?"
Even though Annie seemed to be joking, Chen Yang knew that if he nodded, she would absolutely do it.
"How can you tell I'm unhappy? Am I that petty?" Chen Yang said.
Annie pouted, "I'm just worried."
Looking at Annie's aggrieved expression, Chen Yang couldn't help but smile again and said seriously, "Don't worry, there's nothing to be upset about with this kind of thing."
