"Thank you, Lord Arone, for granting me the chance to explain."
Minos first bowed gratefully, then continued:
"At first, I had intended to destroy all the Xenomorphs, but as you all know, due to the recent so-called 'rewards,' many Saints have drastically increased in strength—over ten of them have awakened their Seventh Sense, making them comparable to Gold Saints."
"But on our side, those who have truly awakened the Seventh Sense number less than ten. Our high-tier combat strength is severely outmatched. That's where the Xenomorphs can help."
Minos stated his reasoning.
"If even low-level Specters can incubate Xenomorphs with considerable power… what would happen if we used one of us Three Judges to breed one?"
A twisted smile formed on his lips.
The entire throne hall went quiet.
Even Alone and Pandora frowned at the implication.
"…You're joking, right?"
Pandora frowned deeply.
"No, I'm completely serious. Thanks to Lord Alone's blessing, we Specters possess immortality. We don't need to fear death. Which means, theoretically, we could produce an endless supply of powerful Xenomorphs."
Minos smiled calmly. But everything about him—his words, his tone—made the others deeply uneasy.
"Minos! Have you lost your mind?! Do you even understand what you're saying? You're disgracing the name of the Specters!"
Aiakos could no longer stay quiet. He roared angrily.
"Tch. Enough of this nonsense. Have you even tested this idea?"
Radamanthys scowled.
"I was planning to, actually."
Minos still smiled politely at their fury.
"But then I remembered—you two failed your mission, were defeated by Saints, and humiliated Lord Hades. So, really… aren't you the best test subjects?"
He let out a mocking chuckle.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY?!"
Aiakos and Radamanthys exploded in fury, releasing terrifying bursts of Cosmo.
The sheer force of their rage almost knocked down nearby Specters.
But Minos remained unshaken, grinning arrogantly.
"Am I wrong, Lord Alone?"
Minos turned and knelt before Hades.
Alone's expression remained unreadable. But his gaze swept over Aiakos and Radamanthys—
Even though he hadn't said a word, they trembled with terror.
"…We await judgment, my lord!"
Both Judges dropped to their knees, submitting themselves for punishment.
"Minos," Alone said coldly. "You believe that using the Three Judges to breed Xenomorphs would produce even stronger results?"
"I believe so. But we'll only know for sure after testing."
Minos remained calm and composed under Hades' scrutiny.
"…Interesting."
Alone actually seemed intrigued.
This made the surrounding Specters even more anxious.
"You're right. Aiakos and Radamanthys failed. They should be punished. Let's proceed with your proposal—I, too, want to see just how powerful these creatures can become."
Aiakos turned pale.
He remembered the screen's footage—
The facehugger launching at the host, and then—
—the birth of the Xenomorph, bursting violently from the chest.
He didn't want to experience that himself.
"I, Radamanthys, obey the will of Lord Hades."
Radamanthys bowed without hesitation.
Many Specters looked at him in shock.
He was kneeling with absolute reverence—completely devoted.
Whatever Hades ordered, he would carry it out without protest—even if it meant humiliation.
"…I will too."
Aiakos finally bowed, submitting with a bitter heart.
"Please allow me to share in Aiakos-sama's punishment!"
Bioret suddenly stepped forward, kneeling beside Aiakos.
"I also failed in my mission!"
"Us too!"
Gordon, Queen, Balendain, and Sylphid—Radamanthys's subordinates—all knelt, asking to be punished alongside their commander.
"…Approved."
Alone gave a calm reply.
Then he turned to Minos.
"But—if these Xenomorphs turn out to be useless… if they fail to live up to your claims… you will suffer."
His tone never shifted.
Yet Minos suddenly felt as though a hand had clenched around his heart.
He nearly gasped for air.
"…Understood, my Lord Hades."
Minos lowered himself so low, his forehead almost touched the cold marble floor.
From the outside, he looked completely loyal.
But inside… even he now understood the risk he'd taken.
Three Days Later — Sanctuary
Now, more than ten Silver and Bronze Saints had awakened the Seventh Sense.
They were immediately placed under direct guidance from Gold Saints—
To help them master their powers, and one day inherit the Gold Cloth.
But that night…
The Underworld Army launched a full-scale assault.
The Three Judges led the charge, backed by a massive horde of Specters—and an army of Xenomorphs.
It felt like the final battle had begun.
"Damn it! Why are they launching a full invasion tonight?!"
"Don't waste time talking—take them down!!"
At the frontlines, Silver and Bronze Saints fought with everything they had.
They cut down Specters and grunts alike.
To prevent the enemy from reviving, Sasha had activated a divine barrier that covered all of Sanctuary—
As long as it remained active, the Underworld Army would not be able to return from death.
"ROOAARRR!!"
"AAAH!! What the hell are these things?!"
"They're even stronger than regular Specters!!"
The real nightmare had just begun—
Hundreds of powerful Xenomorphs had been deployed.
Each one possessed Cosmo energy—
With bodies tougher and more vicious than humans.
Worse, they were smart.
They hunted in groups, used distractions, flanked their enemies, and executed assassinations—
Their movements and tactics far exceeded human imagination.
As a result, many Bronze Saints and soldiers perished.
Even the Silver Saints could only fight to a draw.
