Cheng Xiao stood outside Xu Kai's office door and knocked.
"Come in!" Xu Kai's voice came out and Cheng Xiao twisted the knob and went in.
"You know that you don't need to knock." He said when he saw her.
"Yeah, because I want to start another rumor for myself." Cheng Xiao replied sarcastically.
"What is it that you called me over for?" Cheng Xiao asked.
"Come and look at this document." He said calling her over.
Cheng Xiao walked to him and stood behind him.
"How can you see the document like that?" Xu Kai asked.
Cheng Xiao leaned forward for more access. Her face was closer to his, but her eyes was on the document.
"Is this why you called me over?" Cheng Xiao asked standing straightforward.
"Yes!" Xu Kai replied.
"You have two secretaries to help you with your work, I don't understand why you would waste my time like this." Cheng Xiao looking at him with a glare.
"Cheng Xiao I am used to going through documents with you." Xu Kai replied.
"And you are the almighty XU KAI; you don't me to review this with you. Besides you need to learn how to work with your new secretaries." Cheng Xiao replied and was about to walk away.
Xu Kai grabbed her hand and pulled her back; Cheng Xiao lost her balance and Xu Kai reached and grabbed her. Cheng Xiao landed on his lap, and he wrapped his arms around her waist as if he knew she would try to get off.
"Xu Kai, this is the office and not your house." Cheng Xiao scolded trying to get up.
"So, does that mean we can sit like this at home?" Xu Kai asked teasingly.
"You wish!" Cheng Xiao muttered.
"What is this I am healing happened in your department?" Xu Kai asked with a serious face.
"Nothing new!" Cheng Xiao replied.
"Do you want me to step in?" Xu Kai asked.
"So that it can make matters worse. No thank you, I will handle it myself." Cheng Xiao replied.
"It pains me to see you going through all these." Xu Kai spoke.
"If it pains you, you can divorce me and set me free." Cheng Xiao replied.
Xu Kai grabbed Cheng Xiao by her neck and pulled her; his lips met her own in a rough kiss. Xu Kai hated the way Cheng Xiao always brought divorce in every conversation.
"I will never let you go as long as I live." Xu Kai spoke pulling out of the kiss.
"Crazy!" She muttered wiping her lips.
"Yes, I am crazy and mention divorce one more time, you'll see how crazy I can be." Xu Kai warned and let her go.
