Without any preamble, these ships didn't even attempt to fire. They understood that with the little firepower their fleet possessed, going all out wouldn't make much difference. Taking down one or two small ships would have no significant impact on the battle.
They had a more important task.
The ships of the Mechanical Sect frantically advanced toward the main positions of the Alliance Fleet, as if they intended to collide with them.
Ramming... in some ancient and absurd naval textbooks, it might be considered a tactic, but it's too far-fetched and hardly seen in actual warfare, except in rare accidental cases.
But these mad ships seemed intent on doing just that.
They certainly couldn't be allowed to succeed.
