Ava sat close to Sebastian on the sofa, the side of her thigh touching his.
"So, what do you want to tell me, Ms. Hamilton?" Sebastian asked, still holding Ava's hand.
He could feel Green slowly approaching behind them and he wasn't planning to let go of Ava's hand. He knew Green didn't like Ava, maybe this would be her trigger to realize that she did like him, too.
'Stubborn witch,' He thought quietly.
Ava cleared her throat, "Um, well, I was wondering, since I have no friends around here, do you mind if I stick around you most of the time?" She shyly fixed her hair behind her ear.
Sebastian felt Green right behind him, "Just a friend? Or, do you like me, Ms. Hamilton?" He asked, raising her chin to stare into her eyes.
Even though he was irritated by his actions, he had to keep going; he's got Green's attention now.
Ava giggled softly, "That would be too quick to ask, Mr. -"
"Call me Sebastian," He told her.
