Huo Zhanting's serious act as a comic, like a balloon being burst, extinguished An Lan's inner fury with a pop.
She maintained a strained expression, glaring at Huo Zhanting, and as she continued to glare, she couldn't hold back her laughter, which burst out, dissipating the previously tense atmosphere.
"Let's leave this place now, I can't stay here for another minute," An Lan said, punctuating every word while pinching the front of Huo Zhanting's chest.
Huo Zhanting nodded and agreed immediately.
