A sound of metal against metal was heard, however, rather than two steel bars striking each other, it was more like two metallic mountains impacting, in a sound so powerful it would rattle anyone's eardrums.
In response, a bastard sword flew like a missile in the other direction, only for a platinum-colored hammer to quickly deliver a powerful blow.
Said weapon struck a large, pure white shield, creating a visible shockwave that even sank part of the ground beneath.
Of course, even such power was unable to push back the pure white, burning figure.
But it did allow the platinum-colored armor a moment of respite, and he swung his katana at the black monster that was spewing magma and fire.
However, the sword did no damage, it only bounced off, as black flames clung to the weapon as it impacted the Demon's black-flame-covered skin. In response, the Demon Empress opened her jaws, bright flashes forming from the depths of her throat, rapidly firing a beam of red plasma in the direction of the two armored figures.
Riku, or rather, Tsaindorcus, clicked his tongue, feeling the beam of demonic energy almost threatening to melt his armor as the breath hit him almost squarely before he could exit its trajectory.
In contrast, Titania, or Black Abyss, met the breath with her shield, eventually being pushed back, but receiving nothing more than superficial damage that was quickly countered by her regeneration.
She saw several weapons hitting her sides and back, being deflected by her dress, but still causing damage, though no knockback or visible damage, causing her to turn and look at Riku.
"[Divine Aura V]!" She exclaimed loudly, as her fiery wings began to disappear along with her crown of the same material. Her ultimate ability had a shelf life, so she wouldn't be able to enter that form for a few days, but she'd already accomplished what she wanted. Instead, a kind of aura appeared around her, emanating a beautiful golden light alongside a white halo of fire behind her, ethereal yet brilliant and blinding, looking like nothing less than the most divine of Angels.
A calming, yet imposing, and superior presence surrounded her, spanning almost a kilometer, if it weren't for the fact that Black Abyss wasn't planning on dispersing the divine damage so much.
However, that presence alone was enough to make the ground, even destroyed and scorched, seem less... 'Evil.' As if it were purifying, even if only gradually, the cursed evil wrought days ago. Even the air seemed less 'filthy.'
Komodo, the Demon Empress, or rather, Dont, hissed violently as she could feel her skin starting to burn slightly. Even diluted, Black Abyss's divine damage at its maximum divine aura was too much for her to handle without her own auras.
Therefore.
"HAHAHAHAHAHA~! IT WITNESSES MY MIGHT, WHITE RAT!" She roared, spreading her leathery wings as she activated her [Aura of the Demon Queen V], her surroundings growing darker and murkier, further corrupting the ground and quickly turning it harmful. Even the air seemed to turn lethal, not from toxicity, but from burning despite the constant temperature.
Platinum, on the other hand, looked cautious as he grabbed his bastard sword, which he returned to when the two players activated their auras.
Being something as simple as a sort of 'Construct,' in the basic essence of the word, unlike a classic Construct, like Lady Nyx's bodyguard, the Platinum armor was more like a puppet with a battery.
Powered by said battery, it could do anything it wanted by remote control, and it only had to expend a little of said initial fuel for the armor to move for eternity, as long as it didn't require doing anything that consumed its own battery. That is, Wild Magic spells, or taking damage.
Its battery, or rather, 'HP' for Dont and Black Abyss, was enormous. As long as Tsaindorcus placed more and more 'souls,' his armor could well surpass level 100 in HP. However, of course, taking damage would reduce that HP. And unlike a Construct, an Automaton, or a Golem, he had no real way to recover, even considering those three races couldn't be healed through potions, conventional healing spells, or basic regeneration, at least most of them.
Once his armor lost HP, it wouldn't be regenerated unless Tsaindorcus himself placed more Soul into the puppet.
Therefore, the one time he almost lost his armor in a 'test' against one of the Dragon Lords he had no way of knowing was him, and they didn't get along, he had to retreat very quickly, or he would have lost his armor right then and there. Not because it would break, but because it would be disconnected from him, and under the ownership of said Dragon Lord...
Once again, his armor's HP was fixed... Except for one little trick he managed to pull off with some experimentation.
Once she grabbed her bastard sword, though it was a small amount in relation to the small amount of damage it caused… Some of it was transferred from the sword to the armor itself, recovering part of its HP.
It was such a small amount that it could have been ignored by any of the three present, but it was more than zero.
A savage spell that would be quite coveted by the two women he faced. One capable of enchanting these four weapons with a common effect…
But back to the fight… Komodo suddenly disappeared, a consequence of her brutal speed, appearing behind Titania, who, while she could see the monstrosity, still only saw a blur.
It was difficult to keep up with her… But not impossible.
The enormous claws covered in red fire crackling furiously aimed at her back, but Black Abyss swung his halberd. Not with the true intention of blocking it. If one looked closely, one would see that he didn't even try.
But Komodo casually slammed her claws against the halberd, making a powerful sound as the sheer impact shook the earth.
Even so, the Demon's claws glowed, suddenly unleashing a powerful explosion in Black Abyss's direction, a magical power that was indeed able to move the Paladin, sending her sprawling to the ground, though she landed gracefully on her tiptoes.
Beside Black Abyss, slightly surprising her, Riku's spear whizzed through the air at full speed, slamming into Komodo, who barely managed to place her claws between them.
The spear pierced her palm, but missed her body.
"TCH! BE CAREFUL, PLATINUM RAT!" She snarled, grabbing the spear and yanking it out of her hand… Ugh, that hurt…
She tried to shove the weapon back into her inventory… But the spear was suddenly jerked forward, slicing into Dont's chest, as she felt a presence at her back.
She whipped out her tail hard, but it only connected with the flat of a bastard sword.
Dont quickly spun around, but didn't make it in time to block.
"KYAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" She squealed in pain as the sharp metal sank into her shoulder, having narrowly avoided having her head severed.
The platinum metal sank into her flesh, letting out an unpleasant burning sound as she could feel her HP dwindling.
The total damage was much less than if she'd taken the hit in her normal form, given that she now had higher physical defense, but it still hurt, and it was an HP reduction all the way… And on top of that, it felt like some effect was trying to apply, but failing and therefore not activating. But she could still feel it.
Like pulling a trigger and the gun not firing, but you know the trigger was working, just the bullet not coming out.
Something like that… But that was the least of it.
"[JALDABAOTH'S MENACE]" She roared, somewhat fearfully casting the skill for the first time in… How long was it? Katze? It made sense, saying that name was terrifying… Even if the difference was only one letter.
Instantly, she let out a powerful and terrifying roar, which instantly pushed Riku back beside his weapons, causing the sword to pop out of her shoulder.
Dont gritted her teeth, enduring the pain while the physical wound healed… The damage was also regenerating, but her HP wouldn't be back to 100% that quickly.
"TCH! MUTINY THEN! JUST LOOK AT THAT! NO ONE CAN BE TRUSTED THESE DAYS! [HABORYM]!" She spat in her brutal, hoarse tone, covering herself in fiery armor once more.
"Tch! Shut up!" Tsaindorcus blurted out in annoyance, seeing the Demon's spell angrily, yet he looked to the side, down at the number of lights that appeared.
"[Charge at Touch] [Letal Defense] [Retribution Bless] [Paladin's Saint Field] [Divine Rest V] [Deterrence]" Black Abyss unleashed, each of the skills activating and staying on her passively, several of them even level 10, making the Demon smile. Titania looked up and in an instant took off from the ground. She took out a scroll from her inventory that burned in her hand, allowing her to chant the skill it held. "[Null Distance]" At her words, Platinum and Komodo looked at each other… Suddenly they were side by side… And a moment later, Platinum's helmet received a punch that sent it flying upwards, while Komodo was grabbed by the arm and thrown towards the ground, impacting with a destructive view that would make you think she took damage, although she didn't. Swords, spears, and axes struck Black Abyss, and they instantly retreated, returning to the confused Tsaindorcus… He had taken damage from attacking her…
"Fight together, I don't care. You have no way of defeating me." Black Abyss blurted out, taking a defensive stance between the two, Tsaindorcus in the sky, and Komodo on the ground.
"[DAEMON RESURGE]!" Komodo roared, exploding into dark red flames, causing a powerful shockwave that sent Black Abyss flying elsewhere. "[ARCHANGEL FALL]!" She roared once more, the cloudy sky suddenly splitting open as something tore through the dense layer of clouds and ash…
The enormous meteor of intertwined black and white fire surrounding a ringed, winged creature grazed the air, scorching it as it hurtled toward Tsaindorcus. This one, however, teleported away, but…
Dont used one of her abilities as a Pact Hunter, following Platinum in his teletransportation.
Thus, the Demon opened her jaws.
"[HIGH FIRE BREATH]" She growled, to which, before the Dragon Lord could react, Dont simply spat out a tsunami of intense blazes, embers, and flames that swirled into a massive amount of fire that bathed the ground, while the armor took the full brunt of pure elemental damage.
Of course, even if this breath was Level 8, it was still simple fire damage, and Dont wasn't confident that would be enough.
"[HELL SLASH]!" She let out, slashing towards Platinum, who took the full brunt of the demonic damage as he tried to confront the torrent of flames to deliver a hammer blow to the Daemon.
However, this didn't stop him, as he took advantage of the fact that Dont had a brief moment of immobilization by using a very high-level breath, even if she canceled it.
The hammer slammed into her jaw, but the fire armor around it exploded, knocking Riku's weapons away and saving Dont from harm.
Using one of her abilities, she returned to where she had been before Riku, but ignoring the pain in her face, she quickly flapped her wings, disappearing instantly. Just in time to avoid her own spell falling on her head.
The meteor, both a 'fallen' and a divine element simultaneously, hit the ground before exploding.
What could only be described as a nuclear explosion, something quite common in the Demon Empire's territory lately, happened in a mix of black and white, as the shockwave forced even Black Abyss to confront him.
But the shockwave was one thing, and the divine and fallen damage from the approaching explosion was another. While the Paladin would only be healed by the divine damage, the other element would damage her quite a bit, more than she'd like to admit. After all, the fallen element was much rarer than the demonic or dark element, being inherent to some classes of Demons, or Fallen Angels.
The immense explosion was felt beyond the Demon Realm, drawing a lot of attention, but also not making them want to approach, as the black mushroom cloud rose into the sky.
It wouldn't be the first they'd seen.
Suddenly, a multitude of fiery explosions opened a passage, with Riku escaping such fiery attacks with ease.
"[Greater Fire Aspect V] [Sun Hand] [Divine Sun Spear]" Black Abyss chanted among other skills as she chased Riku, shooting fireballs at him, which weren't really very powerful on their own... Still, they kept him moving. Before Black Abyss made a sudden surge in her flight, passing through the fire and appearing in front of Riku instantly. "You're finished!" She shouted, launching her attack straight at Riku's chest.
Even so, Komodo gritted her teeth as Riku disappeared, dodging Black Abyss's exaggeratedly enhanced attack, causing her to slam into the ground and slice through it for dozens of meters, not unleashing its extreme damage on anyone. Meanwhile, Tsaindorcus appeared floating above Black Abyss, taking the hammer in his hand and swinging it at her.
"You let your guard down!" He snarled, slashing at her with the weapon, easily blocking the blow with her shield, using her halberd to hook Riku's foot and throw him to the side. Pointing her weapon at him, it flashed again, and he threw it at Riku, at which point the weapon was completely covered in fire, striking the armor and destroying vast amounts of terrain as it drove it through the ground, creating a wide line of destruction. She raised her hand, her weapon never returning, knowing it had pierced the armor, but also caught in the metal that made it.
The Dragon Lord clicked his tongue as he teleported away, avoiding the pillar of fire that nearly fell on him, a gift from Komodo, who began spitting lightning and breath from her jaws in all directions.
"At this rate, I'll lose." He muttered.
He considered what he should do. Retreating and leaving everything to Titania was an option… And if she died, he would return to finish off Komodo single-handedly.
After all, while the loss of Titania would be problematic in the long run, in the short run, the Paladin would refuse to cooperate with him because of the Demon Empress's nasty plot…
He watched the entity of light and fire shoot out toward the dark monster surrounded by darkness, the two chasing each other across the sky, with Komodo spitting fireballs at Titania while she couldn't catch up…
That thing was too fast…
Once again, he considered leaving… Seeing the loss of his armor as a far greater risk than trying to fight those two… Though he couldn't know what Komodo would say if he left… Or what Titania would do…
It was certainly troublesome, but not intolerable.
"Hm, and I only managed to land six hits in the entire fight." He grumbled, somewhat annoyed by his poor performance…
If he were in his true form, he would definitely have put up a much tougher fight. He had no information about any of Komodo's trump cards, but he would surely force her to use them.
But with his armor… Not only was he slower than Komodo, with Titania being too good at defending herself, but he didn't think her attacks would do that much total damage.
None of the attacks he landed on the Demon lasted… And his blows to the Paladin weren't that great.
He checked the 'fuel' in his armor…
It wasn't too little, but it wasn't too much either.
All the attacks Komodo connected with were certainly strong, and while they weren't as powerful as the Paladin's, that very difference made Tsaindorcus slightly underestimate Komodo's power. For example, he took several of her breaths head-on, thinking he could withstand them.
He could, but while a grain of sand wouldn't kill a person, a ton would certainly be something else.
"Maybe the others are finished." He muttered with another train of thought, almost contemplatively admiring the almost artistic fight between good and evil dancing in the sky, before having to fly to the side to avoid a demonic beam. "Break's over." He sighed, teleporting away.
As he did so, he appeared in front of Komodo, causing the abomination to stop in flight to avoid colliding with him, and in the process, being slashed by his katana. But the Demon Empress placed her claws to the side, blocking the bastard sword as it knocked her back, so that a hammer blow threatened to strike her head.
"[VOLCANO RAGE]!" Dont shouted the skill, consuming her only daily use, but in response, causing an explosion of fire and magma around him.
The now lava fell on Riku as the flames bathed him, only to be pushed back by a white shield that rammed him like a cargo truck.
And if he weren't a Construct, he would have been further immobilized to avoid the sharp edge of the halberd that threatened to decapitate him in a sweep that also knocked Komodo back.
Upon hitting the ground, Black Abyss stepped on Riku's chest, while he not only felt the force of the halberd, but also his HP decreasing by the second, a small but constant amount, along with the auras that burned the Dragon in his very presence.
He had been ignoring it, but... Certainly, just being near these two lowered his fuel...
Tch.
A hammer swung toward Black Abyss from the side, with her blocking it with her shield and ignoring the thrust, while Tsaindorcus swung his sword to slice through the Paladin's foot, but she blocked the attack with her halberd.
Finally, her spear pierced the Angel's defense because she had both hands occupied, but only made a shallow cut on her cheek as she stepped back, emerging from the armor and using her shield to deflect the bastard sword.
It was like fighting four people… At least because of the number of weapons. It wasn't common in Yggdrasil to have people who even used two weapons at the same time…
However, it was still easy for Black Abyss to deal with… And of course, she had to remember one very important thing, besides the level difference.
And that was that she wasn't alone.
"[COCYTUS PRISON]!" Dont roared, ice suddenly trapping Riku in an icy prison, a stark contrast to the fire attacks Komodo had been using a few moments ago…
And that served the dove perfectly.
She placed her foot back on Riku's chest, where a puncture had been made earlier by her halberd, holding on.
"50 seconds will be enough to kill you with my presence alone!" She exclaimed, raising a hand. "[Dimensional Lock]!" She chanted, the space having several red lines covering it and disappearing after a few moments. "[Diamond Soil]!" She unleashed once more, the ground beneath Riku glowing and hardening greatly, looking very difficult to break. "[Combat Charge]!"
Platinum quickly understood what the Paladin was planning, growling under his breath as he was forced to act.
"[Wild Magic: Imperial Power]!" He roared, chanting the strongest wild spell he could with his armor. Now he would go with everything he had. He was going to kill Komodo, no matter what.
Dont blinked, seeing Riku's HP suddenly reduced to half...
At once...
Black Abyss swung her foot down, only to... Stomp on a pile of ice and diamond, destroying it with her raw power...
And then, as one of the rare times in combat, she took a hit.
But comparing this attack to the previous ones was... Like comparing dynamite to an anti-tank explosive charge.
Black Abyss gasped a little in surprise when her HP dropped more than expected. It was still no more than 10%, which was to be expected, but it was more than the 0.4% Riku had been causing with his attacks earlier.
She almost staggered from the mild shock, which disappeared in less than a second anyway. Likewise, she didn't receive the full force of the bastard sword's impact, but that didn't mean she wasn't harmed by Tsaindorcus, thanks to the cut, though not deep, but not shallow, made by her sword on the Paladin's neck, causing threads of golden blood to begin to fall.
Of course, the Seraph's reaction was almost immediate.
"[Great Debt]" Black Abyss let out, a shockwave bursting from her body and striking Riku, immobilizing him instantly, while he could see her hand, which glowed strangely after striking him with that blow with her sword.
And really... She could have continued the act... She still had skills left, and she didn't lose much HP, at most Mana...
But even from a distance, the Demon Queen could clearly see the wound on HER Paladin's neck.
And naturally, she was angry.
In that instant when Platinum was immobilized, Komodo deformed into a mass of darkness and horror… To finally become a beautiful woman…
And in her hands, a rifle.
"[Full Critic] [Twice Critical] [Death Shot] [Edge of Death]" She hissed as she pointed her weapon at the armor in Black Abyss's hands.
It was certainly foolish to abandon the act, the Devil in her head told her so… But Komodo, a being of passion, and Dont, who loved Black Abyss, dominated the 'discussion', while the Demon Queen remained as observant as ever.
Even though she was to the side in the sky, and Tsaindorcus almost turned his head to look at her, he couldn't when Black Abyss, with her open hand, delivered the slap of her life to the armor. It certainly was, in fact, it was the strongest blow he'd received since the start of the fight. That light in the Paladin's hand transferred like a bullet to his face, breaking the armor's jaw and launching him at enormous speed across the ground.
Dont watched it spin and shatter rocks, again creating a line of destruction. Ah… Of course, [Combat Charge] allowed Black Abyss to absorb the damage she received and expel it in one hit. Although she couldn't do so with weapons, that attack Riku delivered was undoubtedly very strong, and not only did he receive the same damage he inflicted on Black Abyss, but the damage to the armor itself as well. Although it spoke volumes about the armor's durability, with all that damage combined, it only broke his jaw and part of his neck.
Despite that, even with the brutal movement of Platinum being thrown like a rag doll for miles… Dont didn't lose track of him…
She briefly observed the small, pointed piece of metal between her fingers, and placed it in the cavity at the beginning of the gun's barrel, which she opened…
And fired.
Compared to Dont's usual shot, although her divine-class weapon had free ammo… This bullet wasn't. And it showed.
Just firing it created a shockwave that nearly sent Dont flying backward, if it weren't for her class granting her a massive recoil reduction…
Either way… The projectile didn't break the sound barrier, it was as if it had traveled so fast that it didn't even realize it was supposed to break… Or rather, the bullet simply arrived immediately…
…
The Dragon Lord's armor suddenly had its 'fuel' reduced to 0 in the blink of an eye, causing Tsaindorcus to freeze as his vision on that side went black, simply staring at the room he lived in.
"… Huh?" He blinked, not understanding what had just happened… Though a few seconds later, the realization that his armor had simply… 'Died'… Right after he'd decided to use everything he had… Made him feel a chill…
Then he raised his head, finally standing… Ironically, for the first time in years…
He blinked again… And finally…
"ROOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGHHHHHHHHHH!" The thunderous, angry roar echoed across the desert…
…
The Paladin stared at the gap created by Dont's bullet… That… Was that a Level 10 bullet?
She looked up at the Demon in the sky… She was in her usual form…
Well… Certainly the damage caused by Dont with access to all her real offensive equipment was brutal… Compared to her Komodo form, the Demon had impressive power when it came to dealing pure damage…
The Demon Queen remained in the sky, with her cannon aimed at the gap… Then she lowered her weapon…
Slowly, she descended from the sky, landing her lovely heels on the shattered ground… And the truth is, while the fight started in a certain area, they moved away from that place a while ago…
How long did they last? Hours of fighting? Maybe I was exaggerating, but it was certainly tense…
Still, despite the performance, it was two Level 100s against one, the odds of victory were heavily in their favor, especially considering Platinum's trump card, his Wild Magic, was conditional, and it seems that was the outcome.
Although it was only armor, it was very strong, as strong as a Level 100 Player or NPC… Perhaps they were exaggerating a bit, considering the lack of optimized skills or items or true PvP experience, but it clearly had limitations. She doubted that Dragon had used its full power, more because of that armor than anything.
"Phew... Dovey... We won~" Dont hummed, approaching the somewhat suspicious and tense Paladin toward the wreckage.
She turned to her, still hesitant, as her detection abilities weren't particularly high, only being able to see things like MP and HP from close distances. But when she looked at Dont, she smiled at her.
"Well, all that's left is to defeat that stupid, sexy Komodo~" She joked at her.
"Fu~ Wanting to take me to the bedroom so quickly~? You're such a pervert, White Rat~" Dont purred, her shoulders slumping as she noticeably relaxed…
Ugh, certainly getting rid of Riku was finally a relief… All of this was to wipe out both 'Komodo' and most of the other nations' forces…
"Ah, speaking of which…" Dont frowned slightly. "[Message], Eyesight, how are the rest of you doing?" She asked worriedly.
Black Abyss also looked at her with renewed seriousness, quickly remembering the chicks…
Dont remained silent, listening to the report in silence, causing the Paladin to start to get stressed again…
"What happened?" She asked seriously, tightening her grip on her shield, not wanting to hear something like what happened with... Tch...
Dont took her hand away from her temple... And sighed in relief. "Ha... Fufu~" She laughed, a smile growing on her cute face. "Dovey~" She purred. "Bachelory and Miia confirmed the deaths of Catastrophe and Brilliance~"
Black Abyss remained static for a few moments before disappearing her shield, approaching Dont seriously, giving her a small kiss, sweating a drop at the dovey's serious gaze.
Just like that, she suddenly received a hard slap on her ass from the Paladin.
"Ow~!" The Daemon squealed.
"Great~! That's good news~!" The Angel blurted out smilingly.
"Mo~" The Shooter hummed, rubbing the area of the blow, looking happily at Black Abyss. "Certainly~ Although... Well, it's not all good news." She sighed a little. "It seems Brilliance managed to shut down Echidna and nearly kill Bulldoger."
"Echidna… She's the strongest single object we have, not counting things superior to the Divine… While it's a bit of a pain, it's okay, Miia didn't end up the same way. And Bulldoger… Are they back yet? Bulldoger would definitely endure anything, more than me." She said, confident in the one who had once fought to the death at her side.
"Bulldoger retreated, Miia is 'rescuing' the united army. We also need to let the B.A.F.W. rest… All those deployed were killed by collateral damage." Dont explained, somewhat relieved that, at least, the losses weren't severe.
"And the other Dragon Lord? One's missing," Black Abyss muttered, curious.
"Ah, yes. He went to confront those who attacked Argland…" Dont muttered, sighing somewhat disappointedly. "The Evil Lords died, and Argland suffered no significant casualties, as far as the Youngs of Tomorrow and the Dragon Lord of the Sword himself were concerned." Dont muttered, somewhat irritated that they had lost on one side… But it wasn't right to ask for so much.
"Still, we weren't the ones who lost the most, and that's what we were aiming for." Black Abyss muttered, her shield disappearing.
"Indeed~ Now, I think it's dangerous for us to stay here, especially after such a fight… I'm going to bombard the area and let's return to Titania~ Let's rest for a couple of days while others 'drag out the fight between the Paladin and the Empress'~ Fufu~" Dont hummed, finally feeling a great weight lifted off her shoulders~
"Hm… Yes~ Let everything from Titania return to Titania~" She blurted out, finally showing a smile~
The Shooter smiled back, and pounced on Black Abyss, hugging her neck, and planting a kiss on her lips. "Come on, sweetheart~"
"Yeh~" The Angel nodded.
…
In a dark, empty room, a small figure stood silently… Waiting…
"… Did I get the date wrong…? Where are those bastards?!" Evileye shouted in exasperation as she placed the brutal, disgusting demonic mace she was tasked with to the side.
…
Silence reigned in the new crater created by something as unnatural as a physical singularity…
Total tranquility, after a battle of near-apocalyptic level if it hadn't been contained in the surrounding area.
It was impressive how, after explosions worthy of continental destruction, there was only calm…
Just a silent, dark hole in the middle of a realm corrupted by the flames of a God…
Swept away by Demons who prowled the shadows, searching for any trace of anything that might appear…
However, what appeared after that event didn't happen in the crater… Instead, it happened in a bed on the other side of the world.
"Agh! Shit!" He spat, falling out of bed from the agitated sensation of waking up.
He shakily got up, leaning against the old, dusty bed.
"Ha... I hope they are dead. That took all my souls and actually killed me." The humanoid-shaped draconic creature sighed, growling as it looked at its body. "Tch, I'll be like this for a few years. Good thing I learned that spell." It spat.
[Wild Magic: Black Messiah]. He wasn't sure what a 'Messiah' had to do with it, but he invented it after a King of Greed spoke of the existence of a 'savior, a messiah who revived after being killed.' Although there was more context to that, he didn't know it, nor was he interested, though it was strange that this guy had told his companions about this 'savior'.
But he was interested in the idea of reviving, so, clearly seeking to parody and insult the memory of any 'idol' of the Kings of Greed, he simply named the ultimate wild spell for survival in a combo with his deadliest spell, aside from [Wild Magic: Extinction], since the latter never got to test it, in that form.
Oh well. He was alive, and they weren't. Even if he was limited to this form, without souls that allowed him to cast wild magic without using his own vitality, and literally in his old lair 200 years ago… It was worth it…
He took a step to the side, and had to balance himself to avoid falling, seeing that he was on the edge of a cliff…
"Right… Me and my grand ideas of marking my respawn point in the most inhospitable and high place possible." He sighed, sitting on the edge of the rock on which the bed was. "Well, I'll rest and then call Tsaindorcus to take me." He hummed.
It wasn't as if the insinuation meant he saw his companion as some kind of taxi instead of the Platinum Dragon Lord.
But if there was anything to support his statement… It was that he didn't think Tsaindorcus would lose.
On the contrary, he'd wait for the good news~
Sometime soon.
For now… He glanced at the bed… Even if it was old and somewhat dirty… It looked like the most comfortable thing in the world after suffering for so long against those things…
"Pieces of trash… Enjoy death like the misfortunes you are." He grumbled, before throwing himself onto the mattress… And a second later, he started snoring.

Greetings everyone~ Haha~ I'm back as promised~ With the final chapter of Arc 11! Finally~! Woohoo~! After so long~
Arc 11 is finally over~ Phew, what a beautiful thing~ Surely one of the best, if not THE best, of all the arcs in this fanfic~ The end of the fight against 'Riku' was a bit anticlimactic... But there's one thing to keep in mind. Dont is a Shooter with a divine-class weapon, and she used a high-level Yggdrasil consumable bullet combined with skills that maximize damage even more, and Riku was down to half his HP. Once Dont got serious and took full advantage of her Shooter classes, bye-bye armor.
And yes, Platinum is furious, haha~ Evileye was left like a clown waiting for the Dragon Lords, even though it wasn't her fault... And huh!? Did someone revive?! Impossible!
And Betelgeuse should have died, but those are other things~ Let's just say it was the power of the script or his equipment, no idea, tehee~
Anyways~ With the wonderful character profile of Titania's alchemist, M4v3r1ck12, we conclude the arc once and for all~
And for those who've been paying attention, the next arc will be a prequel to arc 10, but a sequel to arc 9, covering the events of the Holy Kingdom. Don't think I forgot. We should find out how little Neia learned of the wonders of our Supremes! I basically did what the anime did, covering arc 14 of the Fall of the Kingdom in its fourth season instead of the Holy Kingdom, which covered it in a movie, which we saw recently~ Very good~ Although it's a shame they skipped a lot of things... I REALLY WANTED TO SEE THE FIGHT BETWEEN AINZ-SAMA AND THE 'PLEIADES' AND JALDABAOTH! Ejem~
In addition to that, tomorrow I'll be posting a special compilation of ALL the character profiles~ Updated images, especially the women, and corrected for any errors~ Except for a couple I missed, but I was too lazy to correct the individual numbers, tehee~ Plus an important, very important message about this fanfic. So stay tuned~ This time I'm not going to be late, haha~ I know the message should have technically been in this chapter, but I'd rather say it together with the compilation so Wattpad readers don't skip it~
Finally~ I have a free Patreon~ Where I upload AI image sets of random creatures, and several from our fanfic~ In a bit I'll upload my 3rd commission and first long set~ So feel free to check it out~ Don't forget you can check out Wattpad if you want to see this in spanish, and a chapter in advance when the next arc comes out, or Archive of Our Own or Fanfiction for the same thing here, but just to support other platforms~ I also have a Pixiv and X where I'll upload content announcing Patreon stuff, and maybe news about this fanfic~ I'll also accept mostly free commissions, and I'll chat with you guys if you want~
Anyways~ Wrapping it up once and for all~ See you tomorrow for the special~ Love you To all, thanks for reading this far~ Have a nice day or night~ Bye~
