The technological gap is truly frustrating. Even if you know exactly how something works, without the right equipment, proving it might take ten to a hundred times the effort—it's almost like using a 20-centimeter ruler to measure the length of a train, while someone else uses a laser rangefinder and gets the result simply by pointing it from the train's head to tail.
Fortunately, for Boss Yan, things like advanced equipment have never been much of a problem for him. Plus, many of the materials here are temporarily of little use to him.
