The building trembled, the lights went out and then with a shattering sound, the people screamed, their ears, their eyes, and their minds all suffered a strong shock as they were all rendered immobile, including the Knight who saw the source of all these sounds. 'Insects?' They were insects, reminding him of certain stories. 'They are after us?' He wondered, before slowly coming to a stop.
Although he had force enough to struggle, the only thing the Knight will incur is losses. More so when considering the enemy that was deemed mostly a story in his circle.
'I need to inform the boss, ' he said, looking toward the direction the little rat had been stuck in. Even from all the deafening sounds, he could hear a distinct set of footsteps. Someone else was here, probably saving the rat from the other side.
