And well, to an extent, it did!

As Garudorr let out a mighty roar again, a giant shockwave of electricity was charged from within its body and then released towards the skies.
It was quite obvious that it was aiming at me this entire time, as the electricity spun around my own surroundings and rushed to my side.

It seemed that Garudorr could even control the trajectory of his own Nightmare Thunder!
And of course, it hit me directly, as several explosions of thunderous nightmare energy engulfed me completely.
