Chapter 105 - Chapter 79 edited

Multiple black, heavily armored trailers rumbled down a forest road under the cover of night. Each trailer was a fortress on wheels—reinforced plating, modified suspension, and shielded compartments. Inside, mythical creatures stirred—Yeti, Nine-Tailed Foxes, and more—each one sedated and locked in containment fields.

Surrounding the trailers were Mogadorian convoys, sleek but aggressive-looking transports with mounted blasters and reinforced windows. Mogadorians inside were alert, weapons primed, scanning the treeline with narrowed eyes.

Above them, cloaked in silence, the Milano glided just above the convoy, completely undetectable. Its hull shimmered faintly in the moonlight, light bending around it unnaturally.

In the cockpit, Six sat at the controls. She tapped a switch on the console.

"E.V.E., keep us steady."

The AI chirped back, "Got it, boss lady."

Six smiled faintly and headed toward the back where Alexander, Nine, Hannu, Marina, and Dante waited in full gear.

Alexander stepped forward. "E.V.E., open the platform."

A circular platform hatch slid open, revealing the trailers moving just below.

Alexander turned to the group. "Hannu, Dante—you hit the second trailer. Nine, Seven—the third."

They nodded. Alexander tossed a small cube down toward the first trailer's roof. It clinked softly... then unfolded into four prongs, forming a glowing rectangle of purple light.

The roof of the trailer beneath became translucent and intangible like glowing glass—revealing the interior below.

Six lifted her tactical watch—sleek, matte black with a soft-orange ring encircling the face. She tapped the recessed button.

WATCH MODE ACTIVATED

03:47 AM — UNIT PRIMED

With a flick of her wrist—CLICK—a high-pitched chirp rang out. A ripple of vortex energy swept outward from her wrist, distorting her silhouette like bending glass.

Her body shimmered—outlined by a cool azure glow. The air thickened around her with a low, resonant hum. She activated Novis Mode—a form of phased invisibility.

Motion echoes shimmered behind her, like her body was out of sync with time. The glow collapsed inward with an exhale-like breath—leaving her invisible.

Everyone followed suit—phasing into the shadows. Thanks to their watches, they could still see each other.

Silently, Alexander and Six leapt from the platform.

Inside the first trailer, the dim red emergency lights cast an eerie hue over the reinforced interior. Alexander and Six landed silently, their boots making no sound thanks to the sound-absorbent soles. The glowing portal on the roof shimmered above them, gently pulsing like a living wound in reality.

In front of them were two massive Yetis, bound in hunched positions by thick, metallic harnesses and interlocking cuffs — devices laced with sedatives and suppressive tech humming faintly with Mogadorian energy signatures.

Their pale fur was matted, their breath slow and shallow.

Six moved forward, eyes scanning for hidden hostiles. Alexander stepped closer to the beasts.

His palms and irises began to glow a vibrant green, like emeralds catching celestial light.

Raising his hand, Alexander projected a calm, steady stream of telepathic energy. The glow enveloped the Yetis in soft halos, seeping into their skin like mist.

The sedation began to wear off.

The Yetis stirred, their groans low and guttural. They tensed at first, eyes wide with confusion — but Alexander's calming aura and his Animal Taming ability bridged the fear.

He projected emotions: safety, freedom, no harm."You're safe now. Follow the light."

They responded with slow nods, almost human in their understanding. With a gesture, the metallic restraints unraveled — twisted and torn apart by his telekinesis like crumpled paper.

Then, with another fluid motion, he opened a hazy violet portal, swirling like smoke in water.

The portal hummed softly, connecting to a sanctuary — a hidden grove Alexander had marked earlier, far beyond enemy reach.

With a final look of trust, the Yetis lumbered through the gateway and vanished.

Meanwhile in the other trailers…

Inside Trailer Two, Nine and Marina (Seven) stood among bound creatures — a blend of ancient myth and science-fiction horror. A giant Thunderbird, a silver-maned Kitsune, and a scaled Kirin were unconscious, restrained by similar Mogadorian tech.

Instead of waking them, Nine whispered, "We'll carry them out in silence."

Marina nodded. Both of them lifted their hands, and with synchronized control, telekinesis enveloped the beasts. One by one, they floated gently upward, limbs dangling, forms glowing faintly under the trailer's red lights.

Alexander's pre-created portals opened in sync — shimmering discs of violet energy appearing midair in each trailer.

With precision, they guided each mythical creature through the portals, like fragile relics being returned to a forgotten temple.

In Trailer Three, things were different.

Hannu, kneeling before a Yeti and a Nine-Tailed Fox, extended his hands calmly, eyes glowing with his unique power — Animal Companionship.

The creatures stirred, resisting at first. The fox growled softly, its tails flickering like embers. But Hannu's aura wasn't forceful — it was inviting, understanding, and ancient.

He whispered, "I know your kind. You don't belong in cages."

The Fox stared at him. Then slowly, tails lowering, it stepped toward the portal.

The Yeti followed, a deep grunt of thanks rumbling in its throat.

Dante, watching nearby, kept his blaster ready — but didn't need it.

Sometimes, Hannu's silence spoke louder than violence.

Back on the Milano, E.V.E chirped:

"Extraction in progress. Creatures secure. No hostiles were alerted."

Alexander's voice crackled through comms:

"Phase One complete. Trailers are clear. Prepare for dust-off."

Inside the convoy infront of the first Trailer, Commander Marius, a modified Mogadorian with danger-sense enhancements, jolted. His blackened eyes narrowed.

"Something's wrong," he growled in Mogadorian. "Check the trailers!"

The convoy halted. Trailers hissed as doors opened, and Mogadorians spilled out, blasters raised.
