With the figure busy looking for cultivators to devour to recover his body, Jason and his friends ransack every weak cultivator they come across and during this short period of robbing others, he has finally found someone who is in the same realm as him and after killing him, he thought the technique would be activated. He would be able to make a breakthrough into the fourth stage but to his surprise, there was no effect after killing the cultivator which left him in anger.
"Why isn't it working?" Jason could not help but ask out loud.
This caught the attention of his friends who turned to him in concern and it was only then that it occurred to him that he was overreacting.
"Sorry guys, I wasn't talking to you" he said before kneeling in front of the cultivator before taking out his ring and the sword that was lying close to his arm.
"This sword is not made from ordinary ore, I guess it should be more useful to you Austin" said Jason before throwing it at Austin.
