Minister Yang glanced at General Yang and then said, "Is it important whether I agree or not?"
General Yang sighed. "You said nothing to their actions. Do you know that without any of them, the situation on the border might turn for the worst?"
Hearing this, Minister Yang arched his eyebrows.
It was rare to see his brother being flustered like this ever since they were young. After all, one of them wanted to become a general while the other one wanted to become an official in the palace.
Though, Minister Yang could barely be called an official by now because he was staying at the north border and barely able to perform his duties. Emperor Zhou hadn't summoned him to Fei Yang Kingdom's Capital City, so Minister Yang couldn't go back just yet.
Instead, he was arranged to stay at the north border.
