"Lars!!!!" Emma yells nothing her sons eyes have finally opened.
"Hi mom!" Lars says slightly confused.
"What the..." Lars can't help but be shocked by his deep booming voice. It is a complete difference from his previous soft high-pitched voice.
"Hi honey." Emma cries tears of joy and immeadiately wraps her son in a hug not even noticing his voice change. She's just happy that he's finally awake and that her nightmare has finally ended.
"Wh...wh... where am I?" Lars's struggles to speak.
Being in a coma for so long has made it difficult for Lars to speak.
"In the hospital honey. You've been in a coma for almost a year." Emma explains.
Lars looks at his mother stunned. Had he really been unconscious for a year, he could hardly believe it. The hospital however confirmed his mothers explanation.
"Wha...whaaattt hap..ppened?" Lars stretches his mouth by opening and closing it, trying to get it to work properly.
"You were struck by lightning sweetheart and the you were brought to Beacon Hills Hospital." Emma explains.
Lars's eyes widen with shock. "Beacon Hills." While in his coma Lars had dreams of a different life, a life where Beacon Hills was a fictional town in a fictional show called Teen Wolf. Surely this isn't the Beacon Hills he saw in the show, surely that dream has to be just that, a dream.
"Hey the kid's awake." Lars looks over and is once again in shock. A nurse that looks like the mother of the main character from the show walks into his room.
"Hey Melissa." Emma greets still hugging Lars.
Lars can't help but get the feeling that maybe that show, wasn't just a show.
"Melissa Mcall?" Lars asks slightly nervous.
"Yea that's me." Melissa smiles at Lars but suddenly her smile drops and she looks at him confused. "How did you...." She trails off.
"Lucky guess." Lars says slightly nervous.
"Yea, lucky guess." Melissa forces out a fake laugh while eyeing Lars suspiciously.
"Anyway I better get the doctor, he needs to make sure you're okay." Melissa says and walks out the door, leaving the mother and son to talk.
About 15 minutes later the doctor walked inside and examined Lars. The result... Lars was perfectly healthy, in fact he was probably the healthiest man on Earth. According to the docter even the best athletes in the world weren't as healthy as he was. The doctor was still completely stumped as to how Lars was so healthy when he's been in a coma for the past 9 months. After his checkup he was finally allowed to leave, he just needed to change out of the hospital gown he was in.
In the bathroom Lars checks himself out in the bathroom mirror. He can't believe how much he's changed. His dark auburn hair has grown and now falls to his shoulders. His eyes are a stormy blue/grey, different from the color it was before. His thin and frail looking face is now more defined and his features are sharp. He quite likes his new face. However his new body astounds him even more, his body is built like a Spartan warrior. He also notices the weird tattoos all over his body. There's one across his chest that says {Do not fear death for the hour of your death is set and none may escape it.}. There's a tattoo of a hammer surrounded by lightning on his stomach. Another tattoo of a massive tree on his back and and various others all over her body.
Lars finally puts on his new clothing and walks out of the bathroom.
"Mom why am I covered in tattoos?" Lars asks his mom looking at her confused.
Emma looks at her son equally confused. "Well I'm not too sure honey. Didn't you have them before. You can tell me, I'm not angry." Emma says in a warm soft tone, hoping that Lars will tell her the truth.
"I never had these before, I swear mom. Besides how would I even get tattoos, I'm not 18 yet." Lars answers her confused.
"I suppose you're right, besides why would you get those weird symbols tattooed on your body, I know if you did get a tattoo it wouldn't be those."
"Mother, they're aren't symbols, they're words." Lars tells his mother.
"Lars how can those weird symbols be words? If they are words, then it's in a language I haven't seen before." Emma says to her son sarcastically. "It doesn't matter any more, let's go to our new home." Emma decides to drop the matter and instead changes the subject.
Lars is still confused by his moms answer, did she forget how to read. That's the only explanation as to why she can't read what the tattoos say. However Lars knows that he's mother is telling the truth, she wouldn't lie about such a thing. So why can he see it in English, yet his mother can't. Lars decides to think on that more later, he's attention shifts to what his mom said. "Our new home?" Lars asks confused.
"Well... after you went into your coma they moved you here because this hospital was better equipped to look after you during your coma. A few months passed and you still hadn't woken up, so I sold our old house, got a new job and moved here to be closer to you just incase you woke up." Emma explains.
Lars can't help but think that his coma was all some sort of plot device to get them to move to Beacon Hills. If that is the case then does that make him some sort of supernatural creature, because in the show supernatural creatures would always somehow end up here in this town.
Lars had so many questions, yet had no way of answering them, but then he suddenly remembers those old books his father had with the weird symbols in them. He has a feeling he might be able to understand them, if what he's mother said about his tattoo's is right. Maybe those books will explain what's happening to him.
"Let's go home mom." Lars says with a big smile.
"Okay." Emma smiles back.
After leaving the hospital they drive back to their new home.
Driving past their neighbours house, Lars notices two familiar faces. Two women, one with strawberry blonde hair and another with dark brown hair are standing in their front yard arguing. Lars knows them from the fictional tv series Teen Wolf, as Lydia and Natalie Martin.
Lars has to admit, while the Lydia in the TV show was beautiful, the one he's seeing at the moment is lovelier then her. Her face is thin and beautiful, her pouty red lips are plump and very alluring, especially for a virgin like Lars. Her body is curvaceous, her breast are quite big and her thighs and ass are quite thick. Everything about her oozes sex appeal, she's like a modern day succubus.
As they get out of the car Natalie turns towards them with a smile, as if they weren't just arguing before.
"Oh Emma you're back, how's your son? Has he woken up yet?" Natalie asks with a concerned smile.
"He woke up, this is him." Emma points to Lars.
Natalie turns towards Lars and can't help but be stunned by the sheer size of Lars.
"Oh my, this is your son?" Natalie asks in shock.
"Hi Miss Martin, my name is Lars, it's a pleasure to meet you." Lars smiles at her.
Shit I shouldn't know her surname yet. Lars grimaces internally for making yet another mistake.
Natalie however doesn't even seem to notice
Lars's mistake, she's too busy eyeing him from head to toe.
"Oh I just have to introduce you to my Lydia." Natalia almost squeals with glee. "Wait right here while I go get her." Natalie says while waking away.
Lars turns to his mom and smiles awkwardly. "She seems... nice."
Emma roles her eyes at her son. "She is nice." Emma assures him. "She just has a... strong personality." Emma says unsure.
Before they continue speaking Natalie returns with an annoyed looking Lydia behind her, but as soon as her eyes land on Lars her annoyed expression changes into that of interest. An appreciative smile spreads across Lydia's face as she examines Lars.
Lars can't help but shift side to side uncomfortably seeing that cunning look in her eyes, like she's scheming against Lars.
"Lars this is my daughter Lydia, Lydia this is Lars." Natalie introduces.
"This is your daughter Natalie? She looks more like your sister." Lars smiles charmingly at Natalie.
A slight hint of red appears on Natalie's cheeks. "Oh my, you have such a charming son Emma." Natalie says slightly flustered.
Emma looks at her son confused, since when was he such a smooth talker. Emma feared that Lars would never get married because he was absolutely terrible at talking to women other then her, but it seems his coma cleared his shyness.
Lars himself is confused as to what he just did, he's never been good at sweet talking women.
"Are you saying I look old." Lydia says sharply while looking at Lars with her eyes narrowed and her arms crossed.
"Lydia!!!" Natalie scolds and glares at her daughter.
Lars can't help but chuckle. "If you look old, then my mother looks ancient." Lars says jokingly.
"Heyyyyy!!!!" Emma swats her sons arm.
"Ouch!" Lars rubs the arm that was hit. "I was only joking mom." Lars says apologically.
Lydia and Natalie chuckle at the mother and sons antics.
"Well just for that comment you can forget going to comic con this year." Emma says sternly.
Lars's face pales. "Mom no, anything but that." "Did... did I say ancient, I meant to say you look like a teenager." Lars tries placating his mom.
"Oh so you're saying that me and my mother look old then?" Lydia decides to pile on Lars's misery.
Lars just sighs tiredly. "You know what, I'm not going to say anything. I have a feeling I'll end up digging myself into a deeper hole then I already have." Lars admits defeat.
All three women burst out laughing.
"As your lawyer, I'll say that might be your best option honey." Emma smiles teasingly at her son.
"Agreed." Lydia joins in on the teasinging.
Lars sticks his tongue out at Lydia.
"I better get inside, I need to take a shower. Anyway, apart from being bullied it was nice meeting you Ms Martin, Lydia, I hope you guys have a pleasant evening." Lars greets.
"Please call me Natalie. It was nice meeting you aswell Lars." Natalie smiles at him.
"Apart from being called old, it was nice meeting you aswell." Lydia smiles cheekily at Lars.
Lars grimaces at Lydia's reminder.
"Goodnight Natalie, Lydia we'll talk tomorrow." Emma greets aswell.
"Goodnight Emma." Both Natalie and Lydia greet before walking inside.
On their way inside, Lydia turns around and sticks her tongue out at Lars before following her mother inside.
As the Martins dissapear inside, Emma turns to her son with a smug smile on her face. "So, what do you think of Lydia?" Emma asks.
"She's nice." Lars answers nonchalantly.
"Just nice." Emma looks at Lars inquisitively.
Well if this world is like the show, Lars would prefer if she ended up with Stiles like it was supposed to happen. But that won't happen for a while. Buuuutttt... since that won't happen for quite some time, Lars might make a move in the meantime. Wait what? Since when was I so confident. Lars thinks to himself confused.
He's never been the confident type, he preferred staying away from people. The only person he could stand was his mother, but now he finds himself wanting to find out more about Lydia Martin.
