Over just two days, Hanhai's market value dropped by more than twenty percent, amounting to over ten billion in losses, vanishing within these two days. Meanwhile, this also sparked domestic turmoil and distrust in China-based companies in the American stock market, prompting a thorough investigation into a group of these firms listed in the US. Any minor issue could lead to another wave of financial disturbance.
Although Hanhai did commit some financial fabrication, the amount wasn't substantial, and while it might cause investor dissatisfaction and a fall in the market, it shouldn't have fallen to this extent.
