The next day, Kaiser woke up in his bed being surrounded be his animals while on his nightstand was a golden egg placed which was the normal task of the first trial.
Beside the egg there was a note with his name coming third showing the placement of the third trial with him coming third sharing his spot with Fleur while Cedric and Viktor shared first.
Harry was last place which meant that he would start last in the next trial while Viktor and Cedric would start first followed by Kaiser and Fleur.
Kaiser stood up from his bed while petting his animals reassuring them that he was alright while looking at the Golden Egg left on his nightstand while looking at the note.
"The Egg must be opened to reveal the hint it contains," says Kaiser to himself as he opens the egg making a horrible screams escape it before closing it again while he says, "Definitely a Siren. If I want to listen to this I need to be able to submerge it or just."
Kaiser creates a bubble in which he places the egg in and opens it revealing the hint hidden in the egg for him when he asks, "Rescue something valuable? What are they talking about?"
Kaiser closes the egg again before making the bubble of water disappear when he hears his stomach grumble asking for some food when he says to Fenrir and the others, "How about we get something to eat?"
They were happy to see Kaiser standing again as they joined him with Huninn and Muninn sitting on his shoulder and Fenrir by his side while Jörmungandr just yawned returning to sleep.
Kaiser left his room finding people staring at him as if he is some kind of hero since he brought fame and honor to Ravenclaw for surpassing the First Task of the Triwizard Tournament.
"Are you doing well?" asks Luna walking beside Kaiser while petting Fenrir which many didn't dare to do anymore since Loki revealed that Fenrir was his son.
"Some scratches here, a burn there, but all in all I am still alive after fighting against Fafnir again," says Kaiser trying to joke which Luna didn't seem to catch until he says, "I am fine."
"Glad to hear that," says Luna with a smile which seemed contagious as Kaiser smirks as well.
"I am going to eat breakfast are you going to join us?" asks Kaiser as they walked through their common room.
"I don't think so," says Luna as she looks over to the other girls eying them up when she continous with, "The others won't like to see the Hero of Ravenclaw with me."
"I don't really care about that we will be having winter break soon why not visit me over the holidays?" asks Kaiser nonchalantly as he saw Luna like the little sister he doesn't have since she looks a lot like his mother.
"I will think about that," says Luna happy as they walked side by side arriving at the Great Hall without Luna even noticing it when hse says, "It seems, I will be eating with you since I am already here."
This made Fenrir bark happily as they pass through the door and sit down at the Ravenclaw table when food gets summoned before them.
Kaiser began to eat his toasts covered in honey while stilling his thirst with some milk while Luna was watching him thinking that Kaiser had some interesting likings even in food.
They finished before separating since they needed to go to class with Kaiser separating from Fenrir, Huninn, and Muninn as well. Kaiser then arrived at the Potions Classroom finding some students already sitting in their seats while others were still missing.
Professor Snape entered the room looking at Kaiser who seemed fine after facing a Dragon which was a Nordic God before starting class.
Kaiser noticed Snape's gaze over him but it wasn't an angry or fearful gaze more like he was having hope making Kaiser wonder why since many say that Snape used to serve the Dark Lord.
The class passed rapidly for Kaiser when Snape asked him to stay behind which made Kaiser look confused when Snape asks, "How do you stand to Harry Potter?"
"He is a friend at the moment. Why do you ask?" asks Kaiser back confused with Snape asking him that.
"I see," says Snape as he opened one of the shelves of his desk and takes out a book when he says, "I could see that you have quite the talent in Potions and how to make them. This book contains some of my notes which could help you in your knowledge on Potions as well as some spells that I created myself."
"Why are you giving me this?" asks Kaiser thinking that Snape wanted something from him when Snape frowns at him.
"Don't think too much into this. I only see a talented student which I want to sponsor," says Snape looking at Kaiser who takes the book and opens it finding formulas which were rewritten with other components to compensate if a original component wasn't in possession.
"I like this," says Kaiser as he closes the book.
"Good, then learn from it. You might need the knowledge in it sooner or later since I am a Potion Master," says Snape proudly of his achievement thinking that Kaiser might be able to surpass him in the future.
Snape felt proud of having at least one student which could rival his past-self in Potions as he was utterly disappointed by this generation of students not taking this class as serious as Kaiser.
Kaiser left holding Snape's notes thinking that he could learn a lot from those notes as there were modifications in the recipe for the Potions which the books he learned from never had.
The days passed fast as December was approaching as well as the Yule Ball which was a obligation to attend for all Champions of the Triwizard Tournament.
Kaiser wasn't much into dancing but he would have to participate since he is one of the champions. He was even asked out by many girls but he just declined as he walked over to the Slytherin table finding Daphne who was sitting beside her younger sister.
"What do you want, Masters," says Pansy arrogantly when she went pale as Kaiser glared at her.
"I have no business with you, Parkinson. I am here to asks Daphne to become my Yule Ball date," says Kaiser seeiously as Daphne was surprised by that not like her sister who uses her heel to stomp on her foot.
"Ouch," says Daphne coming out of her stupor when she looks at Kaiser and says, "Of course, I will join you. But I thought you would invite Luna since you are that close."
"Luna is like a little sister in my eyes. I will be protective of her but nothing else," says Kaiser as he then walks away while saying, "I will be waiting before the Slytherin Dungeon for you."
"You know where it is?" asks Daphne as Kaiser nods.
"Of course, I have eyes and ears everywhere," says Kaiser as he leaves the great hall there were still three days before the ball and he needed some clothes fit for the occasion.
He returned to his room finding a black suit on the bed with a note which says, 'Sebastian made the suit just for you. Love Sara Masters.'
"Well, let's not disappoint the old bone," says Kaiser as he tries it on as it fit perfectly when he sees two cufflinks with the Masters emblem on it.
"Those must be from grandma," says Kaiser as he puts them on as well making him feel complete now.
The days passed and it was time for the Yule Ball, Kaiser was right before the Slytherin Dungeon Entrance waiting for Daphne making all the Slytherin students nervous until Daphne came out wearing a dark green dress which suited her.
Kaiser walks over and stretches out his arm ready to guide her and be her support since she was wearing high-heel for the first time it seemed by they way she is walking.
Daphne was happy that Kaiser offered his arm to support her which she took immediately while hoping that she wouldn't embarrass herself or Kaiser tonight.
They both arrived at the Great Hall finding the tables have been moved away while the whole Hall was differently decorated just for today.
"This makes me quite nervous," says Daphne even after training the last few days with her sister she wasn't confident in her dance moves.
"Don't worry, I will lead you perfectly," says Kaiser trying to reassure her when the three headmasters entered accompanied by the two Aesir Gods and Sara Masters who was overwatching everything with her sharp eyes making some of the students feel nervous.
Kaiser was as always when he says, "Don't worry my grandmother looks at everything with those judgy eyes of hers. But she is quite a good person since we have six house elves working for us."
"I know you already told me remember," says Daphne but still her eyes were telling another story of what Kaiser said to her before.
Dumbledore gave a small speech before the music began to play and the Champions and their date took the field first everyone was surprised to see Viktor Krum dancing with Hermione as well as Roger Davis dancing with Fleur Delacour.
The biggest surprise was Daphne Greengrass and Kaiser Masters everyone believed that Kaiser would be accompanied by Luna Lovegood who was not into Pure-Blood ideology but to dance with Daphne who comes from one of the Twenty-Eight Sacred Families.
It was like the Hunter was dancing with his prey while Sara was watching attentively looking at Kaiser who was bringing no shame to the Masters household following the dance moves he was taught by his etiquette teacher when he was young and still in the mansion.
But she could see that there were some other moves which seemed to put less strain on his partner and more strain on himself when she hears, "He learned a lot from my daughter-in-law while he stayed in Kaer Morhen."
She turned around but the person she was expecting wasn't there when she hears, "I can't show myself but I could project my voice into your ears while I watch from a safe distance. I would never miss this opportunity of young love spreading."
"You believe that my grandson will marry that girl," whispers Sara to herself.
"Yes, she already opened her heart when he broke the curse her sister was suffering from. And he when he saw her the first time even if he will deny it I will know it," says Logan from his throne when he closes his eyes and says, "I will leave now. I still have other people to watch over."
Logan leaves while a big smile appears on Kaiser's face as well as Daphne's as they danced the whole night until Dumbledore told everyone that the Yule Ball was over sending them all to bed.
