Just like Richard had said, the excavation site wasn't far from Taklamakan Lake; it didn't take much time to arrive.
Richard naturally was the first to arrive. With his strength as a foundation, his speed was extremely fast; even when he was holding back, he still exceeded Nancy.
Then, Nancy was the second to arrive.
By the time Nancy got there, she saw Richard standing by the lake in deep thought, as if he had already completed his inspection. At a glance, she noticed that his clothes were dry, but the ground by his feet was wet. Nancy deduced that Richard had probably gone into the water, but it was unclear what he had found.
Taking steps to Richard's side, Nancy asked, "So, found anything?"
"There are some findings, slightly beyond my earlier speculations, but still more or less as expected," Richard replied.
"What exactly?" Nancy was slightly curious.
