Following the hints provided by Wizard Roland, Richard had found the materials regarding the "surrounding environment of Deep Blue Castle over the past few centuries" in a corner on the first floor of the library.
He took down one ancient-looking book after another and opened several slightly blackened parchment scrolls, quickly scanning through them.
One minute, two minutes, three minutes...
One hour, two hours, three hours...
Before he knew it, a full three hours had passed. The reading motion Richard had maintained finally changed as he set down a heavy parchment scroll and, while massaging his temples, rapidly recalled the content he had perused.
Extracting information from the content and piecing it together like a puzzle, he formed a map of the surroundings of Deep Blue Castle in his mind.
