In a dark cavern illuminated by glowing mushrooms creatures scurried away searching desperately for something to eat.
A salamander sticking to a stalactite opens its eyes. Its entire body appeared to be made out of stone camouflaging it perfectly. It was awoken by the sound of bug wings.
But it does not move to take action.
Life in the caverns was difficult.
The bug attracted by the light of the shrooms met an early grave.
The hungry lizard could only look elsewhere.
A more green place, perhaps?
A lush cavern full of grass, trees, and roots. It seemed like a paradise in contrast to the humid, and eerie cavern its inhabitants were used to.
But the lizard failed to notice that this part of the cavern was not this green only hours ago. It also failed to notice the lack of any distinct sounds.
The stonezard's lack of intelligence would bring about its downfall as a vine from a tree would wrap around it and wrangle life out of its body.
