The Five Elements Crystal does not exist in low-class worlds. Even in a perfect low-class world, it cannot be produced.
However, all things in the world actually contain the Five Elements. Even the elixirs refined by Pill Masters are no exception; the only difference is the amount of Five Elements contained within them.
Generally speaking, ores contain relatively more Five Elements Power.
Of course, in something like a Divine Artifact, the amount of Five Elements is even greater; however, having the Colorful Cloud Sword directly absorb the Five Elements from a Divine Artifact would be too wasteful. If there is an extra Divine Artifact, it's more cost-effective to sell it and buy the Five Elements Crystals instead.
